How I found it:
In this post, I will be showing you the workings of a Roblox hacker, as well as distributing the compiled executable.I anaylzed several hundred packets from a Roblox server, discovering an interesting pattern. Each packet was exactly 38 bytes long:

As some may be able to tell, the first six bytes and last four bytes of every packet are identical. These ten bytes tell the server that the packet is addressed to them, as well as the length of the packet. These are irrelevant, as they remain constant in all packets.
So what are the other 28 bytes for?
I looked at the destination servers for each packet, and noticed that packets to the catalog servers (dealing with Robux and Tix) all had 70 or 71 in the 11th byte place. So, I made a robux purchase, and sure enough, the packet had 71 in the 11th byte. I then asked myself, "What does the 70 mean then?" Now that I knew which byte corresponded to which currency, I could continue on. I made consecutive purchases for 100, 70, and 130 tix. Sure enough, bytes 14-17 corresponded with appropriate hex values (64, 46, 82). 4 bytes (or 32 bits) is perfect for a 32 bit integer, a standard in programming.
From there, it was only a matter of testing, and I managed to isolate user ID and payment direction in the same ways described above. While testing, completely by chance, I discovered a single bit that refered to whether a user was OBC or not. Sure enough, I made one of my non-OBC accounts into an OBC account.
